At Áit Apparel, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, since our products are printed on demand, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

1. Returns

  • We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Incorrect size or design chosen by the customer. Please refer to our size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

    • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product design. Each item is custom-made to your order.

2. Exchanges

  • We only offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • To request a return or exchange, please contact us using our contact page with the following information:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

4. Our Process

  • Once we receive your request, we will review it and determine whether your item is eligible for a return or exchange.

  • If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

  • We will process your refund or send you a replacement item as soon as possible after we receive the returned item.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will pay the return shipping costs.

  • If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.
